GIMP dust removal plugin

I wanted to use Andreas Rick's Dust Removal Plugin but I found that it only did work with GIMP 1.0. So I ported it to GIMP 1.2.

Note: I'm not the original author. I just did a port to Gimp 1.2 so that I could use it.

Download the patch (5 KB) that applies against the orginal tarball.

Now The Gimp is at version 2.2. I don't think that it'll work.
